Worktime

Everytime a task or a run is done, Anymate calculates the amount of saved work time and logs it. Data is updated at the end of the run. More details on how this is done can be found in the developer section.

The work time attributed to the task/run is governed by this pattern:

  • If the Developer actively sends an override in the API, we use that, no questions.
  • If Advanced mode with Entries is selected we:
    • use the amount of entries the Developer reports
    • use the default amount of entries if none is reported
  • If Advanced mode is not selected we:
    • count 1 task as 1 task / 1 run as 1 run
  • Finally we calculate the actual work time using data from the Finish and Reporting settings on the process
