Run in trouble in the Overview¶

The Mate suddenly says it is in trouble when running, either in production or when you develop

TLDR: Anymate thinks something is wrong because we haven't heard from the process

When you start a run we expect to hear from you again.

If you are doing a very long run because you debug just ignore this warning

If it is in production you should check Process Notification and your infrastructure since something may have crashed

Why is this a problem?¶

As with tasks we also expect to hear from you when you finish a run. This is a safeguard so we can warn you if your infrastructure is down.

You may trigger this warning falsely if you start a run and sit and debug in that run for hours. We are sorry :)

Check Process Notification for the process to make sure there are no error messages that can explain why the warning is raised.

Check your firewall/proxy settings: if the API call for close run is lost, Anymate will think that the process is still running

there are currently no way of mitigating this.
