Teams¶
Once a user is a member of a Team, they will have access to all Processes that are in that team. Which features they have access to is controlled by their Role. So you can say, while roles control what you can do, teams control what data you have access to.
It is possible to create unlimited teams, and there is also no limit on how many members a team can have.
Don't be afraid to create virtual teams
Sometimes it can make sense to create 'virtual' teams even though they are not reflected in your actual Organization. For instance, if Finance and Customer Service have to share a Process, it can be better to make a team where the people from both teams are included rather than having to add a lot of members to a team where they don't belong.
