Tasks Created

Everytime a task is created, by either a Human or a Mate, we log it.

Everytime a task is moved to the Solved queue, by either a Human or a Mate, we log it.

These two graphs are shown together to give an idea of the overall task flow in the process. If the graphs a basically on top of each other it indicates that the setup is fast in solving the tasks it is handed, and with few edge cases going into Manual. If there is a lag between New and Solved, it can indicate the following:

• The process is timing-critical so the users use Activation Date to time the runs
• There are tasks going into Manual because of various edge cases, and these are not solved immediately
